The Base Area Tour is comprised of three platforms and two zips. The guest is run through the tour twice by two trained guides. This tour is perfect for large groups, first time customers, beginners, and folks who are considering an upper tour, but are a little uncertain of height. The Mountain Top Tour; Our most popular tour. Families, couples, groups, sightseers, thrill seekers and more, will all enjoy this adventurous, lift accessed canopy tour.

The ulitmate zip tour in New England. 6 zips, the shortest of which is longer than the largest zip line of most of our competitors. The longest zip is 2600.' An incomparable, life altering experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given for cancellations made 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour, (minus a $10 administrative fee). To change your tour or reschedule to a different date you must provide us 48 hours advance notice by calling customer service at 413-339-6617.  We charge a $10 administrative fee any time you make a change to your reservation, including a cancellation. If you do not cancel or reschedule in advance within the above specified time frames, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled tour / time, your credit card will be charged the full amount for each guest you reserved on your tour.

Large Groups (10+) & Military must call to make reservations in order to get the reduced pricing.

*Times are approximate and may vary depending upon the number of guests participating in the tour, the skill level and ability of the participants, inclement weather, wind, etc.   You will travel by van or bus if the lifts are not running due to routine maintenance.
